Panel etching and rosette forming are hand processes that cannot be compressed the way machine cutting can. Plan 35-40 days for bulk and 10 days for a pre-production sample. For hotel projects we usually recommend releasing this series first in a mixed order.
Yes, from 100 pcs. We work from a supplied drawing or reference image and return an etched sample panel before committing the run. Pattern changes do not affect the price band; silhouette changes may.
A damp microfibre cloth and a neutral glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than onto the mirror. Ammonia-based cleaners applied directly can wick into panel joints. A cleaning card is packed with each unit.
