Is the rattan real or synthetic?

Real, hand-woven natural rattan over a hardwood ring. Synthetic rattan is available on request for outdoor or high-humidity applications, and we will say clearly on the specification which one is quoted.

Can you supply FSC-certified timber frames?

Yes, on the oak models — we source FSC-certified board to your requirement. An FSC claim on the finished mirror is confirmed separately before the order, because a board supplier's certificate does not by itself carry the claim through to a finished product. This is increasingly a listing requirement for European retail buyers, so tell us at quotation stage rather than after the order.

Do wood frames survive bathroom humidity?

Solid oak with a sealed lacquer finish is fine in a normally ventilated bathroom but is not recommended for a wet room or an unventilated shower room. For those positions specify the aluminium frame with copper-free glass.
