Our Story

Mirrorwright exists because a mirror order is almost never one kind of mirror. A hotel needs lit mirrors over the vanities, plain mirrors inside the wardrobes, safety-backed mirrors in the gym, decorative mirrors in the public areas and accessible mirrors in the ADA rooms. A distributor needs a wall-decor assortment, a floor-mirror range and a vanity line that all arrive in the same container. A seller needs a hero product and six supporting products that share a packaging standard so the damage rate is predictable.

Most mirror exporters are organised around a single production line and can only serve one of those needs well. We built the opposite: a manufacturing program organised around the project, in which our own engineering and quality teams hold the specification, the pre-production sample, the in-line inspection and the packing standard across every partner factory we work with. The buyer sees one catalogue, one specification language, one packaging standard and one point of accountability.

Today that program runs to 97 models across seven categories, from a 2 mm handheld compact to an 1800 mm tempered gym mirror wall, exported to more than forty markets.

Why Buyers Consolidate With Us

• One purchase order, seven categories: a project that would otherwise need three or four suppliers, three or four sampling cycles and three or four packing standards is placed once and shipped once.
• One specification language: glass thickness, backing class, colour rendering, ingress protection, packaging standard and warranty are written the same way across every category, so a specifier can compare our bathroom mirror and our gym mirror on the same terms.
• Documentation issued, not requested: certification reports, backing classification, tilt geometry drawings and mounting details come attached to the quotation. Chasing paperwork after an order is placed is the most common source of project delay in this category.
• Packaging treated as engineering: every category is packed to a tested ISTA 3A standard, and every order carries a 3% free spare-parts allowance, because mirrors are heavy, fragile and expensive to replace once they are on the far side of an ocean.
• Capability we are honest about: where a model needs a pre-production sample before bulk, we say so on the quotation rather than discovering it in production.

How We Control Quality Across a Partner Network

Working with more than one factory is a strength when it is managed and a liability when it is not. Our control points are fixed: a written specification issued to the factory rather than accepted from it; a pre-production sample approved against that specification; in-line inspection at silvering, edge work and electrical assembly; a full-function electrical test on every lit unit; an aging test on a sampled batch; and a packed-carton drop test against the ISTA 3A profile before the container is loaded.

Every shipment carries the certificates that belong to it — tempering certificates for tempered panels, backing classification for safety-backed panels, UN38.3 documentation for lithium-battery products, and material certificates where a specification calls for them.

Our Commitment

We quote within 24 hours, we sample within 7 days, and we tell you when a specification will not do what it is being asked to do. If a copper-free upgrade is not worth the money for your project, we will say so. If a shaped LED profile needs a pre-production sample before bulk, we will build that into the schedule rather than into a claim. A mirror program is a long relationship measured in reorders, and it is built on the parts of the specification that are inconvenient to admit.
