Buyer FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Find quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
1 pc on standard products — you can order a single mirror. Custom sizes and custom profiles are 100 pcs, custom body colours and custom retail packaging are 500 pcs, and tempered safety mirror walls are 50 pcs. The MOQ shown on each product page is the one that applies.
Mixed orders across different models count toward the same container, so tell us the total programme rather than asking model by model.
Yes, and it is the main reason buyers work with us. A single purchase order can carry bathroom, decorative, shaped, floor, vanity, clock and specialty mirrors under one specification standard, one packaging standard and one shipment. We will build a mixed-container loading plan so you can see the freight cost per unit before committing.
25-30 days for standard bathroom, shaped and floor mirrors; 30-35 days for decorative, cabinet, clock and specialty ranges; 30-40 days for custom shapes and custom LED profiles. Pre-production samples take 7 days for standard models and 10-12 days where a new profile or a new LED layout is involved.
Lead time runs from deposit or from sample approval, whichever is later. On project work we will schedule backwards from your required site date and tell you the latest release point.
Yes. Custom sizes, custom shapes cut from your drawing, custom frame finishes, custom LED specifications, logo application and retail packaging are all standard services. There is no tooling charge on cut-glass work because the profiles are waterjet-cut rather than moulded.
MOQ for a custom profile is typically 100 pcs, and 500 pcs for a custom body colour or custom retail packaging. Your drawings and designs are held exclusively and are not offered to other customers.
Yes. Send the brand standard document at enquiry stage and we will respond against it clause by clause, marking what we meet as standard, what we meet with a specified change, and what we cannot meet. That response is more useful to you than a quotation, and it is how we prefer to start a hospitality programme.
Certification is arranged per order, in your name. You tell us the target market and channel requirement; we quote the scope, cost and lead time, send samples to the lab, follow up on any corrections, and supply the technical file you need to sign a Declaration of Conformity in your own name. Cost, lead time and who holds the certificate are agreed per project.
Supplied with the goods as standard: supplier RoHS and REACH material declarations; UN38.3 test reports on rechargeable battery products; tempering certificates on tempered panels; CAT I or CAT II backing classification on safety-backed panels; and component-level UL certificates on power cords and LED drivers.
Tell us at enquiry stage which market the mirrors are going to, so the certification scope is quoted with the goods rather than after.
It depends on the product. Safety backing is standard on all floor mirrors above 1500 mm, on the whole ADA range, on gym and studio walls and on the safety-backed specialty series. On other products it is a specified option, quoted as a named line item rather than bundled invisibly. Most commercial and public-area specifications require CAT II.
EPE corner protection, honeycomb board and a five-layer carton for standard products, tested against the ISTA 3A profile; a vertical timber crate with interleaved separators for large panels and mirror walls. Shaped and panel mirrors receive additional rigid inserts at the points where the profile is unsupported.
Every order includes a 3% free spare-parts kit covering the components most likely to be needed — drivers, touch switches, demister pads, bulbs and fixings.
Under 1% on standard flat products and under 1.5% on shaped and panel products on full-container shipments, measured across our own programmes. We publish those numbers because they are the honest ones; a supplier claiming zero damage on mirror glass is not measuring.
The 3% spare-parts allowance is sized to cover the gap, and on project work we build a small over-order into the quotation transparently rather than discovering the shortfall on site.
FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and EXW. Sea freight FCL and LCL are standard; air freight is available for samples and urgent replacement parts. For e-commerce sellers we can ship directly into a nominated fulfilment centre with the required labelling and appointment booking.
Yes. We apply FNSKU labelling, carton labelling and pallet configuration to the required specification, and can book the delivery appointment where the incoterm makes that our responsibility. Tell us the destination centre and the current requirements at order stage, because they change and the version at the time of shipment is the one that matters.
30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy is standard for new customers. For repeat customers we offer 30/70 against shipping documents, and letter of credit at sight on project orders. We accept T/T, L/C and, for sample orders, credit card and PayPal.
Yes. Price breaks are set per model and are shown on the quotation, typically at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pcs, and again at full-container volume. Mixed orders across models count toward the container-level break, which is usually the largest step.
Samples are charged at the unit price plus freight and are credited against the first bulk order. Standard models ship in 7 days; a new profile or a new LED layout takes 10-12 days. For custom work a pre-production sample is required before bulk, which we build into the schedule rather than treating as optional.
Our mirror export programme was established in 2016 with the decorative range, added LED and smart mirror production in 2019, adopted the ISTA 3A packaging standard across all categories in 2022 and introduced the ADA and specialty compliance range in 2024. We now supply more than forty markets.
Yes. We welcome third-party and customer audits, and can arrange a video walkthrough within two working days for buyers who cannot travel. If your programme requires a social compliance audit at a specific facility, tell us at quotation stage so the model is allocated to a facility that already holds it.
It is negotiable for distributors who commit to a volume and a market-development plan, usually on a defined model range rather than the whole catalogue and reviewed annually. We will not offer exclusivity we cannot honour, so the conversation starts with which models and which territory.
Three years on LED modules and drivers, five years against silvering failure, ten years against black edge on the copper-free range, and two years on hardware, hinges, movements and finishes. Warranty claims are settled with replacement parts or replacement units shipped with your next order, or by air freight where a site is affected.
