No. The crystal sits in a channel under a bonded clear cover, which is sealed at the perimeter. Surface-glued crystal borders, which are common at lower price points, do shed. Ours can be wiped with a damp cloth without loss.

What is the minimum order for a custom crystal colour?

Standard clear crystal starts at 1 pc. Champagne, smoke and rose fills require 100 pcs per colour per model. A custom fill colour matched to a supplied sample requires 300 pcs.

Can these be supplied with retail packaging for e-commerce?

Yes. A printed retail carton with barcode panel and multilingual assembly card is available from 200 pcs, and white-label packaging from 500 pcs. Both are ISTA 3A tested in the retail configuration, not only in the master carton.
