A store opening needs the fitting rooms and the shop floor to land in the same week. Three-way fitting mirrors, full-length leaners and decorative wall pieces were consolidated into a single order and a single shipment.
Leaner models were supplied with safety backing as standard given the freestanding format and public floor use.
Cartons were sequenced by store zone so the fit-out crew could unload directly to where each unit was going.
