Guest bathrooms were specified around one mirror family so that maintenance, spare glass and driver replacement stay interchangeable across floors. Three-CCT switching was locked to a single factory setting before production so every room reads the same on handover.

Each unit shipped with the heated demister pad bonded at the factory, hard-wired at 100-240V and IP44 rated, which kept the electrical scope on site to a single connection per mirror.

Delivery was split into phased batches against the fit-out programme rather than one bulk drop, so the site never held more boxes than the floors being finished that month.
