Online sellers lose margin at the doorstep, not at the port. The range was selected around shapes that ship well as single parcels, and every carton was built to the same EPE corner and honeycomb standard used for pallet freight.

Retail artwork, barcodes and inserts were applied during packing so the goods could move straight into a third-party fulfilment centre without a repack step.

Sample units were sent ahead of the main run for listing photography, which let the store go live before the bulk shipment landed.
