Why are shaped LED mirrors so hard to source?

They require two capabilities that rarely sit in one factory: waterjet glass cutting with polished profile edges, and LED module and driver assembly with demister bonding. Most suppliers do one and buy in the other, which is where profile misalignment and warranty gaps come from. We run both processes in one program.

Can you build an LED module for our own shape?

Yes. Send a vector outline and we return a lit pre-production sample in 10 days. The LED strip, the demister pad and the touch layout are all set to your profile. There is no tooling cost; MOQ for a custom profile in the lit range is 100 pcs.

What is the anti-fog performance?

The 12 W pad clears the full mirror face in roughly three minutes from a cold start in a steamed bathroom, and holds it clear while powered. Because the pad is profile-cut rather than rectangular, there is no fogged crescent at the arch head, which is the usual failure on retrofitted shaped mirrors.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

1 pc and 30-40 days for the standard arch and pebble profiles; 100 pcs and 40 days for a customer-drawn profile. A pre-production sample is required before bulk on any custom profile.
