What is the lead time for a custom arch size?

Custom widths and heights within the standard range add no lead time; the panels are cut to order either way. A wholly new profile, for example a flattened or ogee arch, takes 7 days for a sample and then the standard 25-30 day bulk lead time.

Do full-length arch mirrors need safety backing?

We fit CAT I safety backing as standard on every model above 1500 mm and recommend CAT II for any commercial or public position. Many North American commercial specifications require CAT II, so confirm the destination requirement at quotation.

Can arch mirrors be supplied with LED backlighting?

Yes, through the IL series, which combines the arch profile with a backlit LED module, dimming, colour-temperature switching and an anti-fog pad. That combination is the differentiator in this category and is quoted separately from the plain arch range.
