• The arch head is a true single radius, cut on a CNC waterjet, so the curve does not flatten at the springing point.
• Frameless models carry a fully polished edge around the arch, which is a slower process than a seamed edge and is what stops the profile reading as cheap.
• Safety backing is standard above 1500 mm rather than an upcharge, because that is the height at which a floor mirror becomes a safety item.
• Frameless and slim-framed versions share sizes, so a project can mix both without a second size schedule.
