What drawing format do you need?

A vector outline in DXF, AI or SVG with dimensions, plus a written note of the panel thickness, backing class and any cut-outs. If you only have a PDF or a survey sketch we will redraw it and issue a shop drawing for your approval before cutting.

How do you handle site dimension changes?

We hold the cut release until you confirm the final site survey. If dimensions change after release, panels already cut cannot be resized, so we build a small over-order into project quotations for exactly this reason and price it transparently.

What is the largest panel you can supply?

1800 x 2400 mm as a single panel with CAT II backing. Above that we design a jointed panel scheme with a channel or shadow-gap detail and issue it as part of the shop drawing.
