Can you cut a shape from our own drawing?

Yes. Send a vector outline (DXF, AI or SVG) and we return a cut sample in 7 days. There is no tooling cost because the profile is waterjet-cut. Minimum internal radius is 30 mm on 5 mm glass; tighter radii need thinner glass or a laminated build.

Are the polished edges safe to handle?

Yes. The full profile is ground, seamed and polished, including concave sections, so the panel can be handled and cleaned without gloves. This is the single most common quality shortcut in this category, so ask any supplier for a close-up of the concave edge.

What is the damage rate on organic shapes in shipping?

Organic profiles have unsupported concave points and are more transit-sensitive than rectangles. Our tested packaging places rigid EPE inserts at each concave node; measured damage on full-container shipments is under 1.5%, and the 3% spare allowance covers the remainder.
